Your Injectors are huge haha. Why did u only go to 2bar of boost? Your engine should b solid alot higher. Nice looking car bud just watched the video

The injectors are actually maxxed out..
Im switching to 2200cc´s =)

Thanks by the way!

It seems like a good stop, at 2bar for now =)
I have to learn how to drive the car as it is. Then I´ll push for more boost.

This turbo was on my friends Audi S2 before. He got 866hp out of it at 2,7bar of boost. But his engine doesnt flow as good as mine. So I hope getting the same hp with less boost.

Really good set up its what I'm looking to do next.

Do you have any more information on the charge cooler? noticed its got a beasty pre rad.

That side feed inlet makes for a very tidy set up.

Sounds sweet on the vid to :thumleft:

How much fuel are you putting in there haha. I only run 1000cc at 2bar and there not maxed out.. Your manifold looks smart

The setup I´m using on the cooling air department is EMSpowered´s Air/water kit.

http://www.emspowered.com/storefront/in ... =157_12_14

The biggest they had ;) I noticed that it would fit, And thought. Why NOT?
After 7laps On Mantorp Park here in Sweden last weekend I still had VERY low temp´s! It works awesome.

BUT, The "original" chargecooler actually cracked when I was tuning it. Dont know when it happend really. But in the small movie I posted on the last page. You can see that when I start it, you can see white smoke. I didnt know it then. But I do now, that it was water comming in to the intakepipe from the chargecooler. I guess that is the downside and the risk with having watercooled intercooler. The core cracked even more and the engine flooded. Never got hydralock tho. Noticed it in time.
So the new chargecooler is the same size and model but not from EMS.

The sound is really nice! but a bit to loud! And it´s also ONLY 3"..
So I´m building my own exhaust now on the side. And gonna change later. Going to be 3,5" all the way from Turbo to tip. But with a much bigger muffler on it do dampen the sound a bit, but still get better flow than today. Even tho its short, strait and 3" I feel that its a restrictor.

I run those 1680´s on 92% duty on E85. Can push them a bit more. But dont se the point.
Those 2200´s are soo sweet. Handle much lower openingtimes so you can get really good idling

The manifold is working really good. And as you say. I really like the setup when I dont have to have pipes going in the middle of the Mani

I have a some electrical problem at the moment. Cant seem to find it!
Maybe someone had the same and could give me a few pointers where to look.

It started with that the car just bogged down for a fraction of a second in LEFT turns. Almost everytime when Im of throttle. The rpm meter goes up and down like flash gordon =)
As soon as I streighten the car up after the turn and puts on gas it´s back to normal. Right turns and on the streight its no problem at all.
But as soon as I go into a left turn the rpm meter starts going crazy and the car sputter and shoots fire like hell. And also the Apexi PFC handcontroll dies and switches on and off in fractions of a second as long as Im in left turn. And again. Streighten the car up! = back to normal.
Yesterday when I was out driving it did the same in left turns. but also when I hit a bump in the road.
I´ve had the car running and tried to pull in every thing electrical I can think of havin with this to do. But havent found anything.

Any ideas?

I've heard of this kind of problem before. The guy who had this, turned out to have a electrical mass problem. Maybe you can try to give all the ground wires/connectors a good cleaning.

Strange that. Bad earth or power. I'd check round ya steering column and ya power steering pump. Sounds like something earthing out or being pulled. Post up when u have solved it. Be interesting to know what it is

Btw, Since my electrical problem only shows in certain circumstances I have dicided to see what kind of power it puts out at the moment.

So, Lets have a guessinggame.

1250kg
213,8km/h @ 402m

How much power does it put to the wheels??
