Starter relay is a possibility. Might need cleaning. I used to have a car that did it, quick turn of the key off and on a few times helped to clean the contacts.

get someone to listen by the starter motor and see if its clicking when yuo turn the key.

Could be the starter moter is jammed if its been stood there a while or even goosed.

I take it you have got a fully charged battery as well?

hmmmm dont sound like a seized engine then and wont be anything to do with the starter motor.

Going to be some kind of electrical gremlin. Could be a dodgy corroded earth. There are loads of these.

Gearbox to chassis, frunk battery terminal and under the inlet mainifold are a few of them.

I aint really all that clued up on the electrics side if things though

No spark? Have you got fuel pump going and injector pulse?

Sounds like it could be the igniter? Try swapping in a known working igniter+coil and see if that helps?
