Don't remember any problem like this when I removed the original trans to replace it with thiis one

Yes, I have a large tin of coppergrease & use it regularly Paul

Didn't think to coppergrease the dowels, as so far as I remember, I had no problem removing the box last time :?

Will do em when I put the box back :thumleft:

It was stuck on the dowels :!:

Still difficult to get the box off even after it was free from the dowels :(

Like i say, Copperslip, use it lightly on the input shaft as well as the dowels and you'll never have a problem again.

mine has just started to go, where is the best place to buy a standard replacement ?
