Quick photoshop request

Post by KarlBristol »

I have a small photoshop request if one of you kind people could oblige :thumleft:

I'm considering colour coding the rear window vents to match the colour of my car. Can someone please colour code the vents so that I can gauge weather I want to do this or not please...

Here's the car:

I'd say leave it dude, not worth the effort. Looks better left as is, in my opinion.

I like the coded side strip, however I really love the black side strip too, when I have my rev1 resprayed, I'll have the bumper lips and sills colour coded but i'm going to keep the side strips black...

Karl, I've been reading your other "project" thread and I love reading on what you've done next. It's absolutely brilliant and really interesting...Its all about the minor details that make the car perfect!

In all honesty though...those wheels are truly horrific and do nothing for the style of the car. Are they 15's? A set of standard wheels in silver would look so much cleaner and less fussy. Sorry but I really feel I had to mention it. I'll post a quick write up on my car once its MOT'd and you can slate the hell out of mine and let me know where I've messed up, deal?

Cheers, Michael.

Lol, everyone is entitled to their opinion. I'd rather people let me know what they feel before I make horrible choices (such as the window vents) lol. Your certainly not going to upset me, I'm quite thick skinned.

The window vents don't look as bad as I thought they would, but its a lot of effort for not much of a change. Need to sort out the warning lights first since my fire! lol.

In relation to the wheels I do really like them, but I understand that its a love hate thing. Plus they are leightweight split rims, and make a noticable difference to the car when driven. They are 16", (I had 17" on before). I am contemplating buying a set of original wheels, for originalities sake, but I feel that 14 and 15" wheels just look a little too small. If there was a set of 16" wheels in the same deign as the original I would be all over it :)

I'm intrigued as to what you've done to your car. How is it going?
