Picked up the mag today but not had chance to read, do like the red/black scheme...

I caved in and went and read the article, gotta admit I'm a bit confused by it. They say that there is no carbon wrap on the whole car- everything that looks carbon is carbon, but then the rear quarters and wings and all look carbon...did they actually cut these out of the chassis and replace them with carbon?

If so- how the hell have they maintained any structural integrity? I'm hugely impressed if they have literally replaced the whole outer shell with carbon, but can't think how you would attach carbon sheets into the structure to replace the strength.

Looks very pretty though 8)

If you look at the boot lid it looks like they've skinned everything in carbon to get the shape then taken it off cut holes in the body work to reduce the weight then re-attached the carbon.

I'd imagine they did this to the rear quarters as well, so the structural integrity has remained.
