[Mk2] [NA] Torque setting for top mounts?

Just fitted a set of koni internals and springs on my 95 N/A import but not sure how much to torque the bolts on the top mounts? Any ideas, I hears its not as much as you might imagine

Do you mean the centre spring nut or the smaller ones that hold the mount on?

I assume the koni shock will share the same torque on the centre nut as a stock setup?
