That's about the height I'm looking for and possibly some 5-10mm spacers. Cheers for that dude.. Hopefully I can achieve something close to that..

Mine actually went up when I put 30mm lowering springs on because the standard ones had fatigued so much

I've kept the shocks from the MR2 that is now running coilovers so I'm going to put them in the new car in the hope that they make it as low as the white one was on 30mm springs.. Took this opportunity to also wire brush them, clean them up a bit and paint them.. They ain't perfect but look a tad more presentable.. hopefully get my springs in over the next few days and have them fitted before the end of the week..

I took a picture for you Ross of how it sits on standard springs at the moment.. At the front I can fit my fist side ways between the wheel and arch and wiggle it about freely.. It's nuts!

Very interesting differences in drop height here.

When I do mine hopefully next weekend, I'l get a picture from same angle of standard height now, when the APEX springs are fitted, and then after say 250 miles when the springs have bedded in abit.

Perhaps you could take measurements from the sills (skirts if fitted) to the ground at the 3 stages you mentioned above
