[Mk2] [Turbo] please help. speedo

ok so my car is finally in for final fit and paint in a week so just sorting some last bits.

I have 2 speedos, 1 jap 180mph and 1 uk 160mph both with the same converter.

BUT.... im getting different speeds to rpm readings from them!

Could someone please be so kind to tell me at 60mph and 80mph what are your rpm's reading?

on the jap at 80 im getting 3500rpm

on the uk at 80 im getting 3750rpm

on the uk at 65 im getting 3000rpm

more than likey the rpm is correct and the speed ,which is or isn't being converted, is slightly out or showing kph not mph.
It's only gonna be the import one that needs converting so whatever the uk clocks say should be true.

3k rpm is a tad over 80 in 5th on my import/converted clocks...tbh mate I don't ever look at the speedometer, I know where 30 and 40mph are on the rev counter ( after market tacho, big and lit up ).
