making some progress with my MR2, however I've run into a rather major issue there is no charge getting to the solenoid on the starter motor the starter motor itself works fine, but the wire that connects to the solenoid is not carrying a charge.

I was wondering if anyone has any idea what may be causing this? and where I should be looking to fix the problem?
Also it would appear that the gearbox that came with the engine does not have the speed sender sensor attached which I why I couldn't find where the last plug went, there is a point that the sensor screws into but there is nothing for this plug to connect to, so can anyone point me in the direction of where I can get this sensor and roughly how much it will cost?
