[Mk2] [Generic] Supercharging 3sge - Help

I am looking some info on s/c a rev 5 mr2 uk spec car .. I was toying with the idea of buying a mk1 s/c model over in japan but my friends ^& family there say why dnt i just charge the sw20 .. Any pointers and info greatly appreciated.

I want to see whats more cost effective for me to do ...

i think it been done before but cost alot and not alot of gain
so people go the usual choice

sell the car and buy a turbo
or down the transplant route

i jus wanted my own wee project , as silly as it sounds i wouldnt want a gt-s mr2 ...
friend has v6 and its not all that its cracked upto be , although they are nice and different...

think ill buy aw11 s/c model when i flog my rev 5..
