Sorry to dig up an old ish thread but I was searching for Megasquirt as I have one on my 2. I bought mine from EFIExtra who supplies them pre built. Although I am an electrical engineer I didnt fancy building it myself as testing it would be the issue so to have a pre tested unit makes sure any issues are with my fittment to the car which I can overcome.
Going to get the MAT and CLT sensors wired in this weekend and hopefully have it controling boost and fuel soon with spark to follow, I didnt get the spark driver built in as I am yet to decide on EDIS, COP or just the dizzy but I have just found out you can use the Toyota trigger wheel as standard if you have a second VR circuit added, this wont work with EDIS though.
