rev5 did though.
also looks like it has toyota oe clear sidelights and no toblerones,
although could have been done later.

Interesting that! Every Rev 4 I've seen has had an air bag on the passenger side 
if they were an option, why would you turn down an air bag!?

Absolutely. Driver's airbags were optional at rev3, and my car doesn't have one. In fact it has *no* options at all.
