Tidies workshop up today (which took longer than I thought) then when eldest son finally finished bothering me with fitting his gearbox i got started on front wing.
Wooden form first (plus remembered to make 2 of every part so other side will be same  )
Image
Image
this one shows the work on the side skirt/intake. Molded expanding foam which will be coated in resin and shaped with filler
Image
then covered form in fabric stretched tight and covered in couple of coats of resin
Image
tomorrow will start with filler to get final shape which i will then take a mould off to make final carbon version :D
