1) You cannot outrun an emp with turbo boost
2) Cops way outmatch racers in pursuit. Had turbo boost on and a cop smashed me like I was parked.

I just rage quit once busted/wrecked

Other day, I was on critical damage, and I had emp lock on with no jammer so I just quit before it hit me bwahahahahaha

I was on it on Sunday with mates and a few hundred yards from the finish I cut over some wasteland that allowed me to hit his rear quarter at about 160mph, thinking i'd bust him as he had zero energy left, but no, the game registered my car as a fag dimp I think and he carried on as normal to win after I wrecked on a barrier

Is that the 360 version? As the PS3 verison is just as bad

yep 360

There's a lot of people complaining about hackers on the EA forums aswell.. lot of people spotted with like 12 emp's, or turbo boost right from the start, everlasting nitro boosts and so on...

Honestly if you want a game like this but reliable and generally better... Blur FTW.

After that lobby filled up, got bored and bailed #-o

That was AWESOME fun!!! Will have to get some more peeps in for "No Guns" Pursuit :D. Lasts a hell of a lot longer (unless you are Craig and being chased by me  ) and mostly involves either making it to the finish line or getting busted just before :D.

Is all about the honour system though :thumleft:

Chris

Playing last night - no pursuit, just straight up racing handbrake turn over the line. Didn't have my mic on, but just heard some American dude, yelling "Some dumbass just handbrake turned at the finish and just sat there"

I was watching the finish and saw my GT2 sat on the line as he piled into it and got overtaken inches off the line

Was classic! I seriously LOL'd
