We have been just been made aware of an issue with part of the LINX network which could be causing intermittent packet loss/delay from specific sources.This is the network which provides connectivity to our data centres.
This is not specific to our upstream provider and it is affecting multiple ISPs.LINX are working on the issue now.
This issue is unfortunately out of our control but we will keep you informed once we know more information about the issue.
