t-bar seal fitting help

hi all purchased some new t bar seals from the states 2 years ago and jus got round to fitting today! :oops:
got them all fitted and adjusted the windows to suit but i still have a leak, not from the t-bar join but the edge where the window sits any suggestions on this?
it looks like the seal sits in too far! lol!

have you tried adjusting the window mate ? paul.

I have this problem and have no idea how to adjust the windows

adjusting the windows is easy jus take off the trim panel and there are two bolt either side in a recess for up and down movement and above those are two sliders for in and out!
think i need to inject somthing into my rubbers to plump them up a bit! lol!
any ideas?

kinda getting somwhere now! bent thew part where th mirrors is towards the car so when the glass comes up it come up closer to the seals! lol!
