Should I wait for Black Ops or get MW2 now?

Been interested in getting MW2 for the PC via Steam but Black Ops is so close to release so I am wondering if I should just wait?

Will MW2 be dead once Black Ops comes out?

I have MW2 and not interested in black ops in the slightest.

depends if black ops is any good judging by the crap medal of honour that I just bought for £ 37.99 it probably won't be. no multiplayer has surpassed mw2 yet and as this is from trearch i can't see it bettering it.
I'd wait because if it is equal or better then everyone will move if it ain't then they'll stay put

I may get Black Ops for the single player.
Treyarch did a reasonable job with CoD5, I loved the graphics and the intros/cut scenes they did (like the beach landing etc).

And multiplayer in CoD5 was just like a map add-on from CoD4, but they did spoilt it by bad map design and being way too dark IMO.

Yeah I heard the new MOH wasn't too good... not the MP side of things anyway.

Might get MW2 + map packs but just wondering if it will be worth all teh 50 quid?

Had a bad bad badddddddddddddd experience of buying the special edition and paying subscription for APB then the game got pulled after 3 weeks!

edit : As for my COD dead after MW2 analogy it was from my mate. He said he got MW2 after its released because very few people even play COD4 anymore

How can you tell? There's no 'number of people online' displayed on screen like they did with WaW & MW2.

I believe on the PC battlefield: bad company 2 is far more popular than mw2

I gave my copy of MW1 to my younger cousin when MW2 came out and he plays on it onine all the time and ive been round and get into games straight away.

A lot of stubburn people prefer it to MW2 in fact hence why its still popular online.

I cant see Black opps taking people away from MW2 anywhere near the levels that MW2 took people away from MW1.

Are COD 4 and MW2 that good online? I heard that BFBC 2 was better as it's more team orientated with bigger maps and vehicles. I think BFBC 2 is very good value, took me a good 10 hours to complete single player and online is still fun after several months despite the odd cheaters.
