[Mk2] [Turbo] changing number plate bulbs
can anybody tell me how i do this?i thought it would be simply by unscrewing the bulb holders but it seems thats not the case.so i looked it up an saw someone mention u need to loosen two screws from the boot aswell.so out i went but there doesnt seem to be any screws there?!or am i missing something.its a rev 3 import.

Hi mate,
Once you have undo the 2 screws holding the light cover in place you might need to tap it or wiggle it about to get it out the rubber seal maybe holding it in, it is only held in place with the 2 screws i changed mine last week.

yep they're a total gimp to change. Took me ages to get the OEM screws out I'd defo replace them with new screws. Only the 2 screws you can see from the outside per light but they have a good rubber seal as well so a bit of wiggling and the cover will come off in your hand

They're just standard 501's.
