Gearbox Oil Redline MT90 in (12 months ago).
New windscreen this year.
All 4 brake calipers rebuilt in April with genuine Toyota rebuild kits.
New braided brake hoses fitted at same time along with new rear pads
Cambelt changed in Japan shortly before being imported to UK (changed @ 52,000 miles)
Full geometry setup by Wheels in Motion about a year ago after it ate through the fantastic Yokohama Advan Neova's that were fitted when imported.
Brand new flexi section fitted to exhaust last week by Powerflow, Southampton.
New steering rack parts on nearside for MOT
All mods listed above except decat made 245Bhp a year ago, BUT just last month with full service and decat fitted the Car dyno'd at Eurospec (Guildford) 255Bhp / 215FtLb @ Fly.
This month the new MOT called for the decat to be swapped back in favour of the standard cat (cat still fitted currently).
I have owned this car since import and am the first UK owner. The spec is as imported with the main additions being the added the air filter and BOV.
I am a Jap car enthusiast and am a member of the MR2 Owners Club as well as a being an admin team member on the local Hampshire Japanese car club.
This car has been mechanically cherished and I admit that I've always been more for function over form. The body is clean for its age with only a small number of panel imperfections (most of which will polish out).
The car has been on a couple of private airfield days as well as on track days and I can confirm that this MR2 is a very capable and quick car (this is where the power to weight is noticeable).
Oil and filter changes are always carried out after any track action. My recent session at Silverstone in May prompted me to refurb the brakes.
As with the various oil changes, brake work, and any anything else, I have accumulated a bulk of receipts, MOT certificates and history as you would expect from being cherished.
Included in the history is the original import documentation.
In addition to this FSH, the car is sold with 2 working keys with an extra fob for the cat1 alarm (complete with certificate).
All viewings welcomed, but test drives will require proof of adequate insurance which I'll need to verify, or I am happy to take people out for a drive myself.
Questions are easier via email for speed, but if you want to phone I would prefer after 5pm.
Advertising for £3,200 ONO
Small scuff that looks as if someone has tried to spray over in Japan on the rear passenger side of the bumper:
Tiny spot of rust on bottom edge of driver's door - forgot to mention in ad as I hardly ever see it! It looks a different colour as I attempted to remove the rust and patch over but it seems it's showing through again.

That's quite alright! It's a well advertised car. Will certainly add it to my list of considerations - best of luck with the sale!

It was just too much paperwork for only one day
I'll let Radu know.
We've been lucky with the weather, no rain at all. And not too much traffic.
And the car survived the ferry without any scratch to the bumper
Cheers
