Description:[/b]
My car is a December 1994 MR2 GT T-Bar Turbo (Rev3) in Carribean Blue (8B6 Strong Blue Metallic)
I imported the car from Japan in January 2000, I am the only UK registered owner since then.
When the car came over it was completely standard, no modifications except a Turbo Timer.
I still have the T-Bar shades and T-Bar bags in the original plastic wrapping!!

At the time the car was registered in the UK, the odometer read 58,709Km (36,480 Miles)
It has been my daily driver ever since and now reads 274,029Km (170,273 Miles)

The engine is original, never been opened, Consumes No oil, Starts up instantly

I thank the following for the Mechanical longevity:
* Stock Toyota ECU, and always operated below factory fuel cut
* Regular Oil Changes (Comma Motorsport Synthetic for the last 5 years, Mobil-1 or Shell Ultra-Helix Synthetics before that)
* Always original Toyota Oil Filters bought in bulk from the USA (6 spares supplied)
* ROGUE engine bay fan kit
* Water Injection!
* STOCK toyota Air Box and Air Filter
* Replacing the CAM belt on-time every 100,000Km (at a toyota Dealer @ 100K, and then by ROGUE @ 200K)

The car body is in average condition... At the end of the day, the car is nearly 17 years old, has covered many a motorway journey - not to mention the odd trackday and European road trip!
There are plenty of motorway stone chips, two 'supermarket dints' that could easily be rubbed back if you wanted. There is also a spot of rust in the usual place on the bottom of the drivers door

The windscreen was replaced last month with a New Toyota item (With embedded antenna)
The Brake Pads were replaced last month all-round after returning from the Nurburging (the disks have less than 6,000 miles on them)
The front radiator was replaced 2 months ago (immediately before the Nurburgring trip)
I also replaced the Aircon Radiator at the same time with a very good condition used item from IMOC, but have not got round to re-gassing it!
And finally the battery was replaced at Christmas with another OEM Toyota battery.

Other bits
YES, I HAVE BEEN ON A FEW TRACKDAYS!!!
In fact, I'm quite proud of that fact.

The car has been round the Nurburgring about 100 times,

as well as Spa Franchorchamps,

Cadwell Park,

Donington Park,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ebOBNiveamA

Bruntingthorp Proving grounds, and a few Airfields and Skidpans!

My last trip to the Nurburgring was only last month, here's a little Ferarri Ownage for your pleasure (Stock Boost at the time too!)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vw-0a8d8Qsg

The car has been modified from standard by me over the last 10.5 years to include the following:
These modifications have been focussed around Handling and Engine reliability:

* Clifford Concept 600 CAT-1 Alarm, with Prox, Glass Break sensor, Tilt/Motion sensor, 'wireless' ignition cut device, remote boot release.
The original invoice (£650) and Certificate of installation will be supplied
Only one (4 button) remote will be supplied as the 5-button died, was returned to the installer for lifetime warranty repair. The dealer went out of business before I could collect!
* Rotora Grid (Rays TE37 look-alike) 16" Alloys with Marangoni Zeta Linea tyres
* Bilstien Yellow shocks all round
* PolyBush suspension
* Tein front pillow-ball adjustable top-mounts
* Greddy/Trust Intercooler
* Rogue 'Twin Spal Fan' engine cooling cover
* Exhaust turbo down-pipe
* Exhaust system - EXE-Altair Full stainless steel (Very High Grade)
This exhaust is very free-flowing, 3.25" pipework through from down-pipe/CAT elbow,
Yet when I've compared it on a Dyno, is NO LOUDER than the original Toyota exhaust!
This exhaust has a beautiful note on wide open throttle, and is perfectly quiet crusing on the motorway.
Note, The original exhaust system will be supplied
* SpeedHut EL speedo dials, with twin colour Dimmable controller
* Paul Port (Yes Me) Copper Contact Distributor Cap (Mark Summers design)
* Paul Port (Yes Me) Mappable Water Injection system
* Paul Port (Yes Me) Digital Boost Gauge with warning buzzer and serial input for an Innovate Wideband O2 sensor
* Paul Port (Yes Me) Electronic Boost Controller

Instruction manuals for my home built parts will be provided in PDF - I'm sure you've heard about most of them before.

When running 16psi, I have a Dyno Sheet (supplied) reading 286 Bhp DIN 70020 (214 at the wheels), but clearly it's not driven this hard all the time.

New car is waiting in the wings, so No PX's
Thanks.

Paul Port leaving the MR2 scene!!!????

It'll never be the same again. You've been a mighty contributor over the years my good sir and its been a pleasure. Best of luck with the Autobahn Stormer. It certainly appears you had a shed load with the MR2 looking at its reliability and consistent performance.

regards,
Bobby

Paul,

Very interested in the car. Have the cash sat in an account. But don't have the garage space yet! Please PM me if the car goes as I don't check IMOC that often - but I have been looking for a well looked after MR2 Turbo by a long time enthusiast for quite some time.

The Car was sold at the weekend.

30 mins after parking up in the town centre at Duderstadt, A local MR2 owner found me, and bought the car.
From that moment he was never more than 5 meters from it.

We went on the Duderstadt driving cruise with me behind the wheel, and at the end of that I handed over the Keys.

What an excellent way to say goodbye to the car. I look forward to returning next year to see what he's done with it.
