it's only a cm lower saddle height than the 3ton 3001le, but i guess 2.5tons is still plenty

It's not the saddle height that's the deciding factor, it's value for money, i can get the 2500le on ebay for £85, and the 3000le for about £130.

i see, but at least a lower saddle height is a bonus as well :)

No nonsense, solid jack that will last for years and years...it will go under my sills and under the exhaust to reach the rear subframe. My car has been slightly lowered as well.

thats the one that I have, I went through a stage where I was using my jacks a lot and broke tons of them, then got this one ands it up the job really well, think I got it with an offer with 2 free axles stands with it, only gripe with it is the weight if I need to transport it anywhere else to use it
