My MR2 (import)

Hi all, I'm john i live in west berkshire/West yorkshire, I have had ford's for my driving life so far 8years, I decided a change was in order after owning cosworth's,2 Rs Turbo's S2 and S1,

I bought the MR2 the other day and overall i'm happy with it mechanicals are spot on just with it been red (A garage) has sprayed the door's and there close but not quite right as shade's of red go so a little down about that, But mainly she's a nice motor,



The one i went 200mile for and broke down 40mile away from the garage i bought it from Took it back for a full re-fund.


Now for the red one












Plans been done,
Service, Rotor arm and dizzy cap was amazing it was still running so done them awaiting on plug's now and she's ready also using 15w-50 fully snythetic oil is that ok in MR2 turbos?

Plan's so far,(To be done on the 5th of next month)

Booked in for the Spoiler all 3 part's,wing mirrors,both sills,rear diffuser piece,front splitter and rear 2 pieces splitter near exhaust tips all to be gloss black, Wheel's will be antracite with a shimmer fleck (Silver particles).

So will i dude, I'm kinda worried about doing the spoiler black as it's the main part kinda and turning it black could look very odd, We'll see,
