FORZA 3 ,Just done a 10.98 With my Class A MR2 Turbo!..

Post by Sideways Si »

Before anyone says "But that's easy",actually It's not..If it's restriced to Class A

The MR2 Turbo on forza 3 is not an Upgrade CHEAT car like the datson 510 or that Audi crap heap..

I've noticed that there are 99% of MR2 tuning guru's selling there 11+ quarter mile mod packages for well over 5K..Credits

So if the demand is great enough i'll put mine on there for Sale..

All those wonderful tracks around the world, and people do 1/4 mile runs?

I can understand it in real life, it's cheaper and less likely to end up with a crashed car. But in a game?

Just a bit OT but I finally found some time to game (or try something else than Red Dead :P) and I am thinking of getting Forza since it's pretty cheap now.

Thing is, how is it to play with just the controller? Do you need the wheel to really "feel" the game? I'm just curious because I heard about all the customisations available in Forza...

It's much easier to use the controller. The wheel makes every corner a hard task even on you're own on the track. Mix it with other online racers and it gets intense.

Get it :thumleft:

I think it lets you do 2 player offline but for online multiplayer it's only 1.

i loved the drifting on grid but the tracks were very limeted and hurd alot about the drifting on forza 3 bein unreal, i looked at a couple of vids on you tube and thort that is slick, i went down a bought a copy got home and found the drifting to be so so hard to perform correctly all i can do is power slide a little or lose it, i have tried loads of diffrent cars and setups just cant seem to get it, the best car i have found amazingly is the mr2 i tweaked the gear ratios so it wheel spined in 3rd and 4th  , is there a drift event you have todo or does it become easyr when you get to a certain driver level?
if anyone can point me in the right direction for car and setup would be a help :thumleft:
