Thats still not too bad if you can share the cost with a passenger but quite alot to pay out if there's only one of you in the car

A few questions:
Does it cost anything to camp?
Do we need tickets?(I am guessing not)
What is the agenda? eg, where and when do you meet, what do we do etc

2.You don't need tickets. When Mario tells us the whole price, he puts everyone who wants to participate on a list and then you pay via bank transfer.
And in Duderstadt you get a strap for your arm, that allows you to eat and drink for free.
3.Most of the people arrive on Friday afternoon, in the evening there is a campfire.
On Saturday we present our cars in the city of Duderstadt and in the afternoon, we do a drive?(I don't know the english word) through the nice countryside of Duderstadt
(about 100km).
And in the evening there is a campfire with barbecue, beer and so on
On Sunday we will have our breakfast and then everyone drives home, mostly in groups from people who drive in the same direction.
I hope you can understand my bad english. But if there are any questions, just ask
