Update for Feedback,
Petes recommendation for a certain type of gearbox oil was absolutly spot on and the car now runs great again. If indoubt get in touch with Pete as his advice saved me from buying a new gearbox. Instead all it cost was 4l of very reasonably priced oil which was on my doorstep the next day! Top advice, top service. Cant thank enough.
