[Mk2] [Turbo] Boost dropping off after 5800rpm

Just after some advise. Car setup is:

Apexi Filter
Rouge Downpipe
T.B Dev MBC @ 1.1 Bar

The car will run a 1.1 bar until l go past 5800rpm when it drops to 1.0 bar. It does this in every gear and the car runs 100% as it should. I was thinking the cause of this might be because im still running the standard exhaust system from the downpipe back? I did notice when changing the oil the weekend that the standard system does look small in diameter and was wondering if this could be causing a restriction past 5800rmp hence the drop in boost?
