I don't think it is blocked due to poor customer service, never heard a bad review in that respect. I've got one of his GT3076 kits on my car, seems to work well.


no, not blocked due to bad customer service. blocked because of an age old argument so to speak.

his customer service has always been excellent, he couldnt keep himself from commenting about competitors products, leading to a ban.

just in case anyone hasnt seen the reasons why he is banned here :)

he also got banned from other sites so had to set up his own to continue pushing his own products
