Those are the ones I'm currently fitting to mine - I think Kaiowas has a set on his TSS car too
Re: What doorcards are you using in your track cars?

Re: What doorcards are you using in your track cars?
The aluminium door cards from Rogue are very well made, uber light and well priced too!
Re: What doorcards are you using in your track cars?
Didn't even realise they sell them!
How much do they cost?

Yes, lightweight aluminium door panels for both mk2 and mk3, not sure about mk1.
I think I paid £49.99 a pair...

From the mr2 championship forum.

Passenger side is a mirror image. Door cards are constructed from 1mm aluminium and weigh 1250gms each. They attach to the doors using as many of the original fixing points as possible. The remaining points will need holes drilling and can be affixed with self tappings screws.
Price is £49.98 per pair, inclusive of VAT. They're a bit of a pain to post, so I would recommend collection at the Mallory test day. We've had twenty five sets made, ten of which have already been allocated. First come - first served!

Re: What doorcards are you using in your track cars?
Yeah we've got the 'carbon' ones on our mk1:
In reality they're a pretty flexible sheet of FG with a single layer of carbon over the top but they do the job, look the part and saved me from having to muck around cutting ally sheet to shape so I can't complain. They also came with a couple of small offcuts to give the package a bit more stiffness which were usefull for panelling over one or two other areas.

Pfff, look at you pretty boys. Mine are made out of duct tape
Re: What doorcards are you using in your track cars?
what do you mk2 boys do with the window, mirror and locking switches?
Re: What doorcards are you using in your track cars?
Not a mk2 but I removed the door looms, stripped out the wires for stuff I didn't want (Central locking, electric mirrors, window switch on the passenger side) then rebuilt what was left to relocate the drivers side switches inboard and then tie wrapped them to the dash. If the passenger wants their window open they have to ask permission

Now that's a good idea
As my doorcards are ducktape, i just taped the window bits in place.

It is, however TSS regs specify that i have to have something there to protect flailing arms from sharp bits of door internals.

Does gaffer tape count?
Re: What doorcards are you using in your track cars?
Wouldn't have thought so:
Standard door cards may be removed, but the inside of the door must be covered in alloy, plastic or kevlar sheet.
