Odd one but is there any reason why you cant use the stock inter cooler as a rad for the ST205 charge cooler? I know the pipe diameter would need to be massively reduced.

It's totally possible. Master JJ on here used a stock IC as a rad for his first 205CC setup IIRC.

It's to small plus the heat soak from the engine bay would make it very inefficient, it's quite possible, just not very practical...

the std intercooler has bad properties when used as a water heat exchanger.....
