Oh Please no NFS Carbon was dross ... it had no place being on a next gen console, it was PS2 at best and even then it wouldnt have been the best the PS2 game graphically. The game play was shocking, you could sail through the game in a few hours and it was repetative as hell.

In terms of repetition NFS is substantially worse than anything like Forza.

Also looks like NFS shift is a bit of a flop ... glitches, wonky physics, terrible control system, uncontrollable cars, varible steering, missing sound.

ROLL on Forza 3!

OK, we get it, YOU dont like arcade games.

IMO, Forza and GT5 (of which I own both) are more boring than NFS.

In YOUR opinion, you dont think NFS (or such like games) are good.

Everyone has their opinions.

Have you got sand in your vagina or something?

Where did I say I don’t like Arcade games, or other racing games?

Oh and if “everyone has opinions” then why are you moaning about me having mine?

You have said, at every opportunity that you dont like NFS games. We get it. It's getting boring. But some people do like them.
NFS games = arcade style racers.

Even though its called Need for Speed, its nothing like previous NFS games becuase EA got Mad Creations to make it this time.

The tire screeching is very annoying after a while and the cars become uncontrolable early on (tier 2) - you can completely skid out even when the racing line is green.

I dont understand how it got such a good review.

Roll on Forza 3

Might scour ebay for a bargain.

Get Underground 2. Was one of the best of the NFS series IMO, better than the more recent ones.

I got confused. I meant Undercover, not Underground.

£7.99 on PS3 on Play Trade :thumleft:
But I got it on 360 for £9.90 as I prefer the Xbox pad lol

Surprised no ones mentioned that the demo for Forza 3 is on XBL now??!

I had a little play at the weekend. Some thoughts. Gameplay graphics are as good as GT5P, easily. Sound effects and the way the cars drive are possibly better. (clap because unlike GT5 it hasnt taken the makers 65 million years to make it)

I thought the car graphics in the menu screens were actually quite poor though and look pretty last gen really. May not look like that come the full release?

The demo is a little limited, 1 track and about half a dozen cars. It doesnt give you a feel for what's on offer. I dont want a game where it's just race after race after race. I want some variation to it.

Btw, the R8 V10, oooh the noise....
