[Mk2] [Turbo] possible main beam headlight relay

could some one help as can i hell as like find what the problem is.

headlights on my mr2 rev 1 turbo all work they pop up fine normal beam works but main beam doesnt,................... how ever main beam works when you flash the lights???

been advised it could be relay but where and which one would it be

any help would be great as the nights are setting in and standard normal lights arnt great,

also am i right in thinking that i should have yellow front fogs? as at the min i have one of each!
