Your asking on the wrong forum! You need to go ask over on Driftworks, as it was their GB. :thumleft:

hmmm. it went ok. took longer than i expected as i wasnt sure about how the droplinks mounted as i removed them a while ago and replaced the anti roll bars aswell.

for some reason the rear coilovers are fouling on the body of the car as i imagin this will be resolved when the car is off axle stands and weight is on them.

just need to adjust the car height and go for 4 wheel alignment.

also need to find out if the top nuts come ready torqued.

Hi,

I fitted mine OK and the car was great to and from the MOT station. I didnt have problems with the backs like you say :?

Top nuts i'm not sure about.

Anyway, as I'm now breaking my car, I have my set for sale if anyone missed the boat and wants a set?

How low have people set them up for?

I don't suppose anyone took any measurements and recorded them before they refitted their wheels?

when they were off the car i set them all to there higest setting(so there was the minimum 2cm of thread left on the base of the coilover) as per the instructions.

i ended up lowering the front by 14cm and the back by 14cm. the front was still high so that is now as low as i can get it with the spring only in a captive state as i didnt want to start adjusting the springs load. dampning was set to softest allround as per instructions for the 30 mile settling period. the back was too low so i raised it by 5cm.

unfortunately i wont be able to try it until ive got my engine sorted...

Brilliant, thats a good help. I also did the same, set it up as per the instruction, and it's like a 4x4! I lowered it half the threads available, and it's still like a 4x4, so i'll do it all the way like you and see how it looks then.

Thanks!

Did anyone have trouble fitting the rears? I can only get one of the hub bolts in, when I try to line up the other, the shock hits the inner arch.

yes i certainly did. i used a steel bar to push parts of the suspension down so the shock lined up with the hub bolts and got a friend to but the bolts in while i held it in position.

I wouldn't say that exactly  . Plenty of others have fitted theirs AFAIK. All you can really do is offer it up and see what happens. I seem to be the only one who can't get them to fit.
