Wondering what people think is the most comfortable size aftermarket steering wheel?
Thinking of purchasing either a momo or sparco wheel, common sizes being 350mm, 330mm or 320mm.
Bare in mind my car's only use is weekends and occasional track days.
Pic whores welcome!
Kind regards els

Did have this one on, 330mm nardi style but it just sits around now not being used.
I now have a 350mm personel wheel off a TVR on now.

I have a 330mm sparco 'ring' in leather. Very slightly D shaped and a nice oem look (though probably not important in a track machine). Pic in my garage.

Anything below 350mm feels like your driving with a saucer seriously the steering will feel harder and the wheel just feels too small below 350mm dia.

Gotta disagree on that one fellas. 330 feels fine to me though maybe my lack of PAS makes a difference?

you bunch of fairys i had a 280 wheel in my old car- honda crx without power steering.. Yeah parking was more difficult but as soon as you get driving properly it makes sense. Better feel through the wheel, easier to throw around and more difficult to get 'lost' in the steering rack. Stick a ring of white tape around it at dead centre too
anyone with a smaller momo than standard who wants to swap for one the standard mr2 size pm me cause my wheel is hyooge!

Els... get yourself to a motor spares place and try each size in your hands... go to a local meet perhaps, bound to be some aftermarket wheels there. I reckon it's as much about the body shape and size of the driver as it is the car.
I love my wheel and my non-PAS but I am 6ft and fairly muscular with good upper body strength. Maybe it wouldn't be the case were I not. Certainly my g/f doesn't agree with my fondness when she drives mine after her standard mk3.

I have a momo team 300mm fitted and its purrrrrrrfect. I will post pics at weekend. The steering column is lowered right down and you can easily see speedo dial from 20 mph to 140 so no probs there.

I'm after a suede wheel, with use on track days, bit of drifting.
I'm about 6ft, and currently find the one in the car (nardo) a bit painful on my wrists when my hands are locked in position for track work.
Feels like I'm over stretching perhaps ?
Any suggestions ?
I was thinking along the lines of:
OMP: Corsica - 350mm Suede 2.5" Dish
Or perhaps smaller?
