Hi Guys
Just wondering what pre rads those with radtech chargecoolers are using?
My new install is in and I'm trying to lower my intake temps, I'm using a fiat rad at the moment which seems to be doing the job but wondered if there is a more efficent solution?
Any advice welcome.
Matt

I can do away with the aircon rad, I've ditched the pump etc already
I'll take a look at the GT4 spec

I've got a radtec pre rad with my set-up, not cheap buts it's awesome!!! Even after hard runs the core is really cold! See my garage for pics of my set up mate

Yeah would be nice to use one of thoe, I was also considering a normal MR2 rad as a pre rad horizontally mounting it into a custom front undertray

+1 for the Radtec pre-rad!

I've got a Radtec kit and although I don't know what the pre-rad is as such, this pic might help you size it up roughly.
As for performance it seems excellent. My intake temps keep dropping for as long as I can be on the throttle it seems. In fact, I had to hold it on load for a while during the last mapping session to help bring them down!

Thanks guys.
I had the car mapped last night, and apart from one of the Radtech silicon joiners going bang the temps are pretty good on the road and on the dyno now,
