Little shoot of my 2 :)

Post by Flamby »

I have done pictures of so many other cars recently that I hadn't taken any time to do some of my own... so that in mind I went to find a location for some up to date pictures of my 2 :D

Some people may recognise me, it has been a while since I have put any pics up, but I still have my 2 :) and its still going strong :)

All ready for nur next week :) ooooooh yeh!!!! :yh:

Anyway enough with the talking, here are the pictures :)

stunning looking mr2 there m8. love the white volks on a blue 2.

the orange toblerones mis match the clear side lights, id either get solid rev 4 + toblerones and side indicators, clear toblerones or jdm orange front side lights..... :-k other than that it looks puuurrrfect! :thumleft:

mattymr2 - Thanks for the comments mate :)
Yeah I know where your coming from about the orange toblerones, but I have to admit... I like them lol, I have even been tempted to put my orange front side lights back on like you suggested... I shall think about it :thumleft: Very kind words though, greatly appreciate :)

oh and the exhaust is the hks hi power jobby, I've been through a few exhausts and this is my favourite, for a perfect blend of looks and noise, noise wise best described as purposeful :) And the rev4 + steering wheel came with the car as its one of the few mr2's officially imported by Toyota in 1998, and the upgrade was done by them :)

The k-sports are awesome, I have had them rebuilt in the last year and they are still fantastic, at first they were awful I will admit, but after playing with the settings and having a fast road tracking setup applied... they have come into their own, and are comfortable on road also :)

Sutton - Thanks buddy! My TE37s are 17", 7.5j front, 8.5j rear. Offset I am unsure of though I am afraid

Stunning pics mate - well done. Love that colour "2", one of my favourites. The white wheels really set it off too - quality :thumleft:

Oh, and i think you should leave those clear side/indicator lenses in and get rid of the toblerones. The clear ones really sharpen the looks of your car nicely  :thumleft:

Thank you very much Mr Two! Very kind words :)

Ah thank you, maybe I should put in some clear sides like on the uk n/a's, I'll look into it :)
The clear front lights go well with my Raybrigs and HID setup, keeps the front updated, so I know what you mean there :)

Thanks for the comment :D

haha Im getting alot of conflicting messages about these toblerones lol, is it bad that I feel "attached" to them, I mean they made the journey over all those years ago on the boat from jap land... lol

Burn - thank you for the comment mate! I think I shall try that combination again, see how I feel about it :)

Marc GT Turbo - Thanks for your kind words :thumleft: haha Im stuck on what to do with these toblerones, we shall see :)

stunningly clear paintwork  and of course the best colour \:D/ Question for you, what did you use to hold on the front plate, i notice the rear one has bolts through it but the front appears stuck to the holder?
