ive seen matt black cars before, my mate done his prelude in in matt black out of rattle cans and it looked good,, yours would look good if it was done properly, but yes it does look patchy and inconsistent

i done my bonnet matt black and im so glad i kept my original one, it looked good for 5 seconds with a squint on and thinking 'race car'....

looks pukka m8...would look even better if you kicked the f£$k right out of it, i mean propper bashed in every panel, then get some metal set and randomly smear it on putting screws and nails ,whatever you can man...then and only then would it be propper rat...i did this treatment to a lambretta which gained legendary status back in the horrible 80's...

me and a couple other 2'ers were having a chat about this on the OC last night...this morning when i logged in i noticed the threads had been removed...wtf...are they all girls on there or something?
it was all non offensive banter at no-one's expense and it was a bit of an ice breaker for me cos i dont know anyone on there yet...maybe it was because IMOC and xxxx...i know...was mentioned as i was HELPING a member on his search for a particular car...they have a good information base on their site and i'm sure most 2 owners visit ALL the forums from time to time..unless they are banned???

Just had mine fully sprayed...the paint was scratched to bits, rust had attacked the doors...so bought new doors.
