The Celica ST205 ECU is 99% the same as the Rev3 MR2, it just has a few extra pins for the chargecooler pump.

Scroll down second last on the list is sw20 rev3 you can also check the pins by removing the top lid on your ecu as they are all marked on the printed circuit board
