the apexi n1 is one of the best systems i've heard, it's 3inch too so will reduce backpressure quite a bit, really good systeml, dunno anything about the departure though, you selling it???

I know somebody who had the N1 and it was quite loud, though not in an annoying Nur Spec kind of way. I had a Dep regular for nearly 4 years and it was never intrusive and that was with the cat removed, I did over 60 k miles in 4 years motorway etc and never found it to drone or be intrusive in any way, though the Dep pro was a fair bit louder lol!

I have the Apexi GT which is pretty much the same as the N1 just stainless iirc.

compared to the Departure 2 (i also have  ) its very loud.

not much better at 70 tbh. if you can live with a bit more noise its awesome.

The Departure is quite reserved in comparison.

Does the bung make any difference?
I will get it on and see what I think. Sure it will get snapped up if I decide to sell.
