TwoRUs problem

Post by SilverSurferMR2 »

I have ordered the SBITS - High & Tight Motorsports ProThane Suspension Bush Kits
- AW11 Full Kit: £114.00

I have paid them at the end of Jan 2009.
They show there are 9 items in stock

I have still not received the goods!!!

Has anybody else experienced this problem?
The owner Peter of SBIT are not returning my calls and the email address on their website '[email protected]' is unobtainable. ](*,)

Can anybody suggest what I should do? :(
It was a direct payment from a BACS account.

As in the thread I posted, twosrus.co.uk arn't sbits. when you buy from twosrus.co.uk, they then pass the order details onto sbits who send out the parts. IF you buy off sbits directly you have no issue, the issue appears to be communication between twosrus.co.uk and sbits Ie the people wiht the parts dont get the order. I can vouch for this. I ordered a couple of bits from twosrus.co.uk. 2 weeks passed no response.

I contacted Jay and got a reply within the day telling me he'd check out my order and solve the problem.

A week passes nothing happened. Contacted Jay again and he told me he told the twosrus.co.uk guy to email me. Never saw an email from them.

Then I just made all arangements with jay directly and everything was fine.
