Best game I've played in ages!

Yep, got the brotherhood of steel knight issue power armor.

Great though because it's impossible to run out of missions. Building settlements was a great idea too. This game just has so many hours of gameplay!

I've stopped playing it for a bit as I appear to have ran out of bullets
Considering starting from scratch and being a little less trigger happy #-o

I defeated that massive monster thing at the start of the freedom trail at Boston Common.

Attained the 'Power Fist' from it. Metal arm attachment, with concrete on the end with rebar sticking out.

On levelling up, I threw a load of perk upgrades to punch attack. Now I'm level 50, the arm damage is 212 and I can run into minigun fire and punch out super mutants!

Maybe I need to tweak the difficulty to hard?

I've taken a new approach to this Fallout, I'm trying to minimise fast travel unless I have found everything between my location and destination (and over loot weight emergencies), got to say it's the way forward! I've found so many little places and side mission I would otherwise have definitely missed. I have put about 50 hours in so far and only just met the brotherhood of steel. It is actually an amazing game, totally addicted.

I find that you discover places through side missions with brother of steel etc. So not only do you get the xp for discovering the location, you also get xp for completing the bos mission.

I love the settlement feature too. Never get bored of blowing away ghouls, raiders and super mutants

Fantastic game. I'm up to about 4 days gameplay and level 55.

Best game I've played in ages by far! :D

Im just on my first brotherhood of steel mission though I am wondering when you meet the railroad and the institute as I want to hear them all out before picking a faction to side with. Also Im trying to explore locations as I find them because I will maybe never go back to them! though sometimes I can't be assed if Im on a mission.

I haven't really got into the settlements yet but I plan to and have loads of junk collected!

Im level 26 atm and building my guy for stealth, how do you play your character? Ive always wanted to do a melee build on a fallout

After playing it for a while, I like it, but I don't love it like I did 3 and NV. The issue for me is the dialogue system. Voice acted player character is nice when done properly, however in Fallout 4 they have got rid of the diverse quest lines and conversation options that we had in previous games, and replaced them with pretty much linear quest lines and conversation options. There doesn't seem to be very many ways to complete each quest either because of this.

3 and NV just felt more open, and especially with NV, that you actually had influence over the game world. In 4, you're just playing out the story and you're along for the ride, rather than creating your own story within that, if that makes sense.

Still addicted to this game as much I was back in Nov 2015 when I bought it.

2nd play through now, level 42, but avoiding the main storyline. Just doing side quests.

Also building up my settlements, and arming them to the teeth.

Great game! A true gem. :D

Waited up for the Nuka World to become available. Well, it become available alright, just not on the whizz bang mega all singing all dancing 'all DLC content that will ever ever be made' thing we had purchased.

Did have the option to pay more to download. DO have the option to say (*^(%(& off!

(yes yes, I know, it's just a bug, they will fix it - but it's late and…)

Nuka World add on purchased. It's pretty cool.

Currently taken over 2 of the 5 areas of the park. Friggin hell, the old Stimpak supplies have taken a hammering!!

Filling the park up with the Operator Raider group.

I was late to the party and got it about a month ago, definitely good! Some reason I wasn't a fan of the the third one though.

Finished the main quest Nuka World add on last night. Best £15 I've spent.

I appear to have pi$$ed off good old Preston by clearing my own settlements and populating them with Raiders

Sod him, he just sits in Sanctuary being a lazy git while I'm his errand boy. Not anymore Prezza, you want something doing, do it your F***in self!
