im not building a race car, no need to go to the extremes off real carbon fibre, plus it tidies the plastic bits up that constantly get scratched

Nowt wrong with carbon wrap. If it looks right whats the issue, clue is probably in the title "show" car. No need to save a gram here or there :thumleft:

Look forward to the updates 8)

My new wheel setup has arrived.

Gone for DTM inovits 18x8" front and 19"x9.5" rear

should have them fitted at the tsart of next week. The reason for the change is 1: the Rear lip is 3" on these and 2: i can now lower the car back down as they dont catch the arch :thumleft:

Coilovers, the current BBS rims are sctually bigger 19" all round, but i can't lower the car because of this, even being a widebody!

I am stunned by 19s. At 9.5J you must be on like, 265/30/19? ...265/25?!

The ride on this is nuts  did you butcher your OEM "inner" arches?

My next question too :)

I thought my 275/35/18's were huge  Although we're all dwarfed by Gavinda's rears, they're HUGE!

The wide body allows massive rears to be fitted, iv still got to run a 30mm spacer at the back to get the wheels to sit flush.

and yes, when the widebody is fitted the arch lip has to be cut out (this was already done when i bought the kitted car
