Completely agree mate, loved yesterday. proper good B-day for me.
track time was also top fun and made the day for me, really felt like I've gained more knowledge on how the car handles close to the limits.

looking forward to the next one !

So there is a short tunnel under the circuit for our entrance way, I bet everyone is going to give it the beans under it, should be quite funny lol.

That tunnel was awesome  Me and Largie were making our fair share of noise on the way through
Good turn out today. Cars looked awesome. Sooo many nice examples. Good to actually meet a couple more members today. Didn't get to say hello to everyone though unfortunately. Looking forward to seeing everyones photos :thumleft:

I can confirm that my relatively newly fitted clutch is working correctly :D

Tunnel was maybe the best bit for me hahaha. But the event overall was fantastic, cheers for letting me get involved.

Apologies for not chatting/introducing myself to most of you but I was barely at my car the entire event. Only realised this as we were leaving lol.

Would like to know which of you was it that was parked next to me in the white turbo, single exit exhaust, rocket fuel sticker on the petrol cap?
I wouldn't mind a picture of that exhaust kit if possible please, as I am going to get something similar like that fitted to mine I think, looked nice :)

You were next to JAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH (may be too many A's!) I think :thumleft:

Don't worry about not getting a chance to talk to everyone, you rarely do get the chance to! JAE is the only show that you really get to have a good chat to everyone. Japshow as well to an extent if you camp with us as it's normally warmer for that show.

Haha, yep, that was me. It's a KO racing R1 exhaust.
Link to it here with photos - http://www.koracing.net/viewproduct.php ... product=82

You'd have to have something custom made up for n/a application, but easily doable for any decent exhaust fabricator :thumleft:

Yeah I am looking at it currently, not sure how much a turbo conversion is going to cost thou :/
Plus there is the infamous V6 option too to consider?

Had a really good day, much better on the hard standing than on grass, that made a nice change!

Cheers for bringing the arches Josh and also the sensors Scott! So many nice MR2 on show, now I feel like I need to up the game and get my niggles and cosmetic imperfections sorted!!

Hope everybody enjoyed the day, it was good to chat to a few old skool owners and a couple of guys I had not met before. :thumleft:

Totally agree with all, really great day, I also wish I had socialised at the stand a bit more and got a bit of mr2 chat but with so much to see and do every time i popped back there wasn't many people about. Will definitely try to attend more events in the future and thanks to the organisers :thumleft:

I made the long trek over to IMOC a couple of times, but couldn't find anyone! Scott did pop over to my club stand though which really was a long walk. It was a great event despite the biting wind and feeling that I was starting to get frostbite first thing in the morning.

I'm the guy from the island. Didn't know there was someone so local there. Mine was the wide arched 2 with droop tip back box and carbon bonnet.
Really wish I could come to more meets, even smaller ones. But have to pick them wisely. Costs £50 just on the ferry.

Definitely in the summer would be fun to arrange a meet over here. Camp a night. I might check when some of the auto test events are on and could coincide it with one of there bigger events (only time trial in a car park)
