I am currently in the process of converting mine to the 3VZFE and i was hoping to turbo it one day.

Seeing this has bought great relief to know that it can be done.

When you say it was pushing 360bhp/460nm was this on stock rated internals? please say yes... PLEASE!!!

If yes, do you reckon it would run up to the 420bhp stock internals?

I am going to scoot on over to the Mr2OC for the first time in months and go look for this build thread!

Awesome car!

I'm thinking about swapping and turbo powering a 3vzfe aswell for some time now. So maybe one day I will try to do something familiar. At least I know now who to contact when I run into problems

Engine (cams & intake) are way too restrictiv for a higher power output above 5500, at this boostlevel(0,9bar peak, 0,85bar hold). A new intake plenum is still in development by me and custom cams is not a problem for me here in germany. Looking forward to the next dyno in spring!

Engine is currently running on 1-1,1bar without any problems on the track! Don´t know what it puts on the wheels actually, but it´s insane! Still stock engine!!!!
