Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Spinning Gear Lever Knob
Have you suffered from the dreaded spinning gear lever knob problem? I've tried several different methods to stop this but without success. The threaded nylon insert within the knob eventually wears away and the knob spins. As it's the Rev 5 knob I'd like to keep it. Does anyone know a way to cure ...

Re: Headlight cover adjustment (catching on bonnet)
If you take off the shroud, you should see a couple of bolts either side which can be loosened enabling you to adjust the headlight cover.

Re: Yellow Ferrari in Wolverhampton
I can understand the scoops that help air go into the engine or the cabin (rally cars are not known for comforts) but a random scoop like that must surely just cause drag? He was bouncing around to his music far too vigorously to car about drag lol. I went to a classic car show in the Malverns on S...

Wheels question
Hi all, Finally got round to sorting out a set of after market wheels that I had damaged on an old 2 years ago. Now, I don't think I had them on long enough to change any tyres before they got damaged and assumed they were (as per usual mk2 mr2) staggered. I had the tyres removed recently and gave t...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Rev 2 Turbo not holding boost to redline
No fault codes atall found, it also over boosts past 1.2 bar at high speed when applying the throttle in 5th gear which leads me to believe it could be the mbc which isnt working correctly? Its possible, what boost controller are you using? 17.5 PSI is too much without cooling mods and other suppor...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Rev 2 Turbo not holding boost to redline
It's not holding for a reason, I'd investigate further before upping the boost, try to get it in somewhere. Any fault codes?

Re: O2 sensor poss?
They're all pretty new really.
It always starts, if it's left for a few hours it starts as soon as the key is turned but if I've restarted after a few minutes, it feels like it's over fuelled and takes a few seconds to get going and in the summer with the tops off it reeks of petrol after a while.

O2 sensor poss?
Hi all, sometimes if I've been running the car about a bit it sometimes struggles to start and when I've done a really long run it wouldn't start for a while and stunk of fuel. I'm thinking 02 sensor possibly? Any other thoughts?
Thanks

[Mk2] [Turbo] Which boost gauge
Hi all, I'm keen to know what boost I'm running in a bid to find a possible power loss problem. I'm after a 52mm mechanical gauge, just wondered what you guys have, not fussed about spending silly money, just summat reliable and accurate.

Re: Breaking 1994 Caribbean Blue Rev3 GTS T-Bar
Front splitter please? Hi, I think i may be better keeping it on the bumper, i'll get a look at the bolts holding it on tomorrow in the daylight. If they look like they might actually separate from the main bumper without to much hassle then we'll see about a deal Cool, what sort of condition is it...
