Re: Project - Cosmos Eagle (New owner)

Hope your ok mate! My Rev 1 rear subframe was actually surprisingly easy to remove the bolts holding it to the chassis. In fact all the bolts doing the real work (chassis, engine mounts etc.) were fine once they cracked. It was other smaller nonsense stuff (like bolts to the bumpers) that really wer...

Re: JDM Import Rev 2 Turbo - Megasquirt install. Anti lag. 2 step.

Dude I am missing that rear end plate, found someone in the states on facebook but it was $20 for part and $30 shipping. Can put you in contact if you don't get any luck in the UK. I haven't had luck finding any on ebay though.

Are you attaching a crank trigger wheel?

Re: K20/k24 swaps

Oh absolutely 1005 it is dodgy. They never seem to measure anythinhg etc. But I kind of like that charm. Also says a lot about the turbo how much they absolutely punish them.

The original ebay turbo lasted 3 years before it destroyed itself on the housing. Thats impressive for £120!

Re: K20/k24 swaps

Small Necro, but have you guys been following boostedboiz on youtube? They have a K24 swap with twin turbos in an MR2. Its a drag set up so nto everything is relelvant. What did interest me was that from what I have seen the output splines on the driveshafts seemed to slide right into the MR2 turbo ...

How are you getting that exhaust through an MOT?

It looks loud. I failed on being excessively noisy. :(

Hi All, I've been a member for some years and originally (way back in 2010) wanted tog et an MR2. I started saving what little money I had and was making some headway towards an MR2, but the missus had a wedding in mind. The fund was depleted and I was sad. I did get a Mitsubishi GTO TT from some gu...
