Hi, OK, so at anything past 1/3rd throttle, the engine starts to misfire, with what seems to be ignition cut (feels/sounds like traction control). The car is boosting fine up to 1/3rd throttle and drives fine up to the 1/3rd position. This happens at any RPM/gear. It needs a new O2 sensor for sure, ...

Don't forget, pads are only as good as your tyres allow them to be. If you have cheap tyres, no pads will improve your brakes.
