Can you confirm you have the HT leads in the right sequence.

Counting from the dissy cap the top to bottom (1 to 4) and for plugs (right to left 1 to 4)

Dissy 1 (top) = plug 1 (right)
Dissy 2 = plug 2
Dissy 3 = plug 4 (left)
Dissy 4 (bottom) = plug 3

Vpower only

Injector/ fuel system cleaner been done.

Don't think it's a fuel filter issue.

Are you sure it's not a leak from the exhaust manifold or turbo gasket? A slightly loose manifold or a small blow on the gasket can cause a slightly whispy put-put sound. It's not all the time, just 4th and 5th gear. Sometimes on startup it does a small put put but. I've just refit the stock exhaus...

No it's not that, I know that sound.

I've looked at plastic welding recently to fix my splitter, it seems heat and a polyethylene does the job easily. Hard part is trying to jack the front of the car up
