mine was a little longer when i did n/a to turbo conversion it just seemed slacker than turbo one but manged to get around this by making a little bracket that fitted onto throttle body which moved the cable back an inch.

The rear surround is fixed from the inside of vehicle by 6 or 8 bolts, cant remember how many exactly

Because they are numpties lol mine have been in the lad box for over 7yrs no leaks or problems at all.
The only thing u cant do is put lsd shafts in an open diff box

You can still use your turbo shafts in your new lsd box. I did it with mine when I went from open diff to lsd box

dunno about the fork but N/A shafts don't fit Turbo gearboxes. Just uses the turbo shafts you already have on your car.

buy the replacement panels (a trader sells them) and any body shop can weld them on. It ain't exactly the hardest of job to do.

Speedo Sensor = cheap Although you said you changed it
Purple wire broke or one of other 2 wires = cheap
