can't tell you what the correct torque settings are for your bolts for certain, but you can't reduce the clearances by overtorquing the cap bolts. the cap tightens up against its opposing part and contact face to face, so torquing the bolts higher will not cause the cap to tighten further on the bea...

does sound like the battery booster doesn't have enough juice to energise the solenoid properly, hence the clicking you can hear. properly charge the battery or jump start from another car and i suspect you will be fine. you have air bubbles in the coolant. as the bubbles go past the temp sensor they confuse the temp sensor so the ecu increases the revs as it thinks the engine is cold. if the car is overheating to you probably have an airlock or possibly something else wrong with the coolant system. try bleeding it ...
