Re: Clutch slipping question.
It will be nearing the end of it's life however if driven sensibly could last ages yet. You probably shortened that though by slipping it so much, flywheel may have some scrapes but they are cheap as chips, as is a new clutch, it's the labour that makes the cost add up. You could just wait and see w...

Re: My 400whp saga, 373whp after mapping.
It has certainly been a long haul, 4 odd years.... Originally a budget 400 whp option, what kind of costs had this build actually been ? Then adding the labour that you have mostly done yourself ? Congratulations on your recent engagement and newborn son Btw dude, very happy things are all starting ...

Re: Noble M12 GTO-3R...
Car looks amazing from the outside but totally underwhelming from the inside, any plans to spruce that up ? What kind of time can these car do the standing quarter in ? How did you get on with the TD06 turbo in the mr2 ? They are rare but have a mental road pressence, are they still super unreliable...

Lovely car Jim, One of the few i considered before taking the safer option, must be a blast being so light and has everything needed to turn heads before you drive by rather than after, i'm sure you will know what i mean

Re: L355CTY - Ever regretted selling a car?
My 2nd mr2 was a rev 3 turbo with 40k miles. I did the bolt on mods, fitted new wheels and a full tom's kit. I then gave her a respray, running maybe 300 bhp and i had her for over 3 years, my perfect car, power was just about right for a mr2. One day i was overtaking a dickhead who put his footdown...

Re: Defi Oil gauge sensor
Looks like mine has stopped working. Any ideas where i can get a replacement for this? I would go through all the wiring first, especially where it goes through the car body or around the engine bay area, very easy for a wire/connector to break , get rusty or just have a bad earth. if you ever cont...

Listen to Ryan, Don't sell it... I regret breaking the mule (still have half the car though) however that was done as she needed sills, clutch and turbo rebuild, you're car needs nothing. How much money have you put into her ? Wrap her up for the winter and see how you feel next march, give it until...

mk4 golf ? Yep. Practical, park it anywhere and not worry about it. Drive it in all weathers. No leak or rust issues to worry about. German build quality. Cheap to insure and maintain. What he really means is that's it's kind on his wallet, I've a wee twingo that i use for shopping and work but i s...

The fitment is good, lines up with the bodywork well, just takes 3 bolts to fit in place with a standard mr2 plug, makes it a simple plug and play.
Another user said they wanted them but they seem to have gone AWOL so still available.
